*SUNRISE SPOILERS BELOW*
More Warriors fanart due to a character unexpectedly going insane and then dying. Except this time it was someone who I would never have thought would do that in a million years.... Hollyleaf.
*sobs* She was always the innocent one! Overall, Jayfeather was my favorite of the Three, but Hollyleaf was the only one I never got pissed at! I couldn't believe it when she died. I didn't realize that she would go mad over something like that... I guess her insanity started when she found out Squirrelflight wasn't her real mother, but then finding out Leafpool and Crowfeather were her parents just pushed her over the edge.
AND SHE EVEN KILLED ASHFUR. GYAAAAAAGH. I never saw that coming. I expected myself to hold a personal vendetta against Hollyleaf for doing that, but I just can't stay mad at an insane person.
The only thing that bugged me about her death was Lionblaze and Jayfeather's lack of a good, sad reaction. Mabye it was because of what she'd done, or mabye it was just poor writing on Erin's part, but it was like they weren't even concerned that their own SISTER, who had stood by them and never let them down for all that time, had just been killed. It was like "OMG HOLLYLEAF! NO!" and then "There's nothing we can do for her. Oh, well." And then it immediatly went into "So..... what kinda degrading story can we make up to tell the Clan?" "OOH! I know! A squirrel did it! Yeah, that's defenitely the most noble way to die ever! Chasing a squirrel!" Then the NEXT FRIGGIN' DAY Lion and Jay were like "Wait a sec... Dovekit and Ivykit are related to Firestar! YAY the prophecy's alive! This is so great that it completely overshadows the fact that Hollyleaf is dead!" I mean, SERIOUSLY. She was their freakin' sister. Jeezus.
Anyway, moving on to the picture....
I found an awesome brush that was perfect for drawing the dirt.
The only problem was that it was completely see-through, so I had to do all the colors on the same layer and use the blender tool. Which ment no shading. Blargh.
For any of you non-Warriors-readers out there, Hollyleaf died after running into a tunnel to try to escape from ThunderClan (and her problems, siblings, insanity, etc.) and it collapsed on top of her.
Sooooooooo.......

I was glad when Hollyleaf killed Ashfur. But when (SPOILERS) I saw him in starclan I was like WTF! When I thought about it I realized that his only fault was that he loved too much, but still...
Anyways, I like this pic. Itz sooo coolio. I would've expected a more panic-like look from Hollyleaf. I mean, she KNOWS that she's going to die. Wouldn't she be scaired rather than sad? I know I would!
